Must be the repair season, I have had lots of enquiries about repairs on all sorts of things, front doors, kitchen cupboards and those wonderful old display units. It is always such a joy to bring sentimental favourites back to as good as new.

On Tuesday 26th June Creative Moods Stained Glass Studio was presented as a new member of the Wyong Chamber of Commerce.

Creative Moods Stained Glass Studio is now a member of  AGDA. (Architectural Glass and  Design Australia)

April saw Alison make an impromptu trip to Murano Italy for a workshop at Abate Zanetti for two weeks. The topic was Lost Wax Casting as well as the opportunity to work with Maestros in the centre of the glass universe.

The windows for St Brendan's Catholic Church at Lake Munmorah have been installed and I am so very proud of them. check out the Gallery page for picture.

Just received a cheque from the Contemporary Art Society Victoria who ran the "Brooch the Subject...IV" exhibition mentioned earlier. not only did my brooches go on tour but they sold as well. YIPPEEE!!!

The Mousehole of Avoca Beach have invited me to supply some of my pieces to their shop at 184A Avoca Drive Avoca Beach. They are open every day from 10am and everything is their shop is handmade locally. They must be onto something as they have been operating since 1972.

The St Cecilia's Wyong windows are now installed and looking beautiful.

Have just created my own blog site http://creativemoodsglassstudio.blogspot.com/ is the address, check it out.

Alison is currently undertaking many varied commisions, but will be happy to speak to you regarding your 2011/2012 projects, and beyond.

Repairs

Repairs to broken leadlights, stained glass and lampshades are possible and a simple phone call could well put your mind at ease after that unfortunate accident. They happen to everyone. So many of these pieces have a lot of sentimental value as well as dollar value, so they are worth preserving.

Classes

Classes are available by arrangement for leadlight, copperfoil and kilnwork - Call 02 4353 5155 for more information.
